My organisation
At SALMOIRA we transform fishing waste into healthy, sustainable, honest and gastronomically interesting food. We extend the shelf life of fish and seafood through minimally processed natural processes that create new flavours. We give a new dimension to processed fish products by applying research, development and innovation, and thus provide the market with new attractive products with improved flavours, which solve supply problems, provide quality protein, eliminate the consumption barrier and reduce food waste in the blue economy.
