Partner at Gender Solution, lawyer and sociologist. She has 15 years of experience in gender-focused research and analysis with a strong background in conducting studies on female entrepreneurship. Her work involves collaboration with female entrepreneurs, women-led startups, business accelerators. Her expertise lies in fostering gender equality and creating inclusive workplace cultures. She also performed as Gender Officer for EIT Food, a part of the European Institute of Innovation and Technology.
