Fermentini is focusing on production and sale of artisanal, naturally fermented vegetables that are additive-free and sugar-free. Fermentation is an ancient acidification process in which vitamins and minerals are retained in vegetables and even put into a form in which they can be absorbed more easily by the body during the digestive process. During fermentation, vegetables become tasty and very healthy, long-lasting food with the help of beneficial lactic acid bacteria. Fermentini's vegetable format allows us to process vegetables and fruits that don't meet the size requirements of large chain stores, helping to reduce food waste.
