Shupka is an innovative coffee upcycling brand dedicated to making the coffee industry more sustainable. My flagship product, a coffee silverskin syrup, transforms a by-product typically discarded during the roasting process into a nutrient-rich, health-focused product. Coffee silverskin creates waste and presents a disposal challenge for roasters. By repurposing it into my syrup, Shupka offers a sustainable and health-conscious solution that appeals to environmentally aware and wellness-focused consumers.
More than just a sustainable brand, Shupka is also a socially responsible venture. The coffee silverskin used in the syrup is sourced from FairTrade-certified roasters who actively employ individuals with disabilities, supporting inclusivity and fair labor practices.
